The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and cutlery and flatware for 6 guests. Bedroom 1 has a large bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a double bed. The second bathroom has a sink and shower, and the toilet has its own room. There is a washer in the apartment. A baby cot (travel pack n' play) is available on demand for 10 Euros, and extra cleaning is available on demand for an extra cost. A luggage room is available free of charge for early arrival or late departure. Ideally located next to a metro station, this apartment provides quick access to both the NATO and EU Headquarters. Events, parties, and gatherings in a larger number of guests than the ones in the reservation are not allowed, and should this happen, the reservation may be terminated with immediate effect with no reimbursement. Smoking is forbidden in the property or premises of the building, and in the event a guest smokes in the property, a surcharge may be requested. Small dogs under 13 kg are accepted. A late check-out fee will be applied after a 30-minute grace period after the official 11 am check-out time. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. Locksmith services for lost keys have a charge of 75 EUR.
