Close to the Korenmarkt and next to the green Kortenbachplein, in a quiet cul-de-sac for cars, lies this totally renovated row house. Note the high plinth in blue stone (side facade) and the cladding with vertical slates (rear facade). Authentic elements such as the high ceilings (± 3.37 m) and an authentic arch have been preserved. The structure from the entrance to the living space was opened up.
