The kitchen is fully equipped with a French range cooker, dishwasher, and stand mixer. Outside, a Big Green Egg barbecue is available for delicious smoky meals. The bathroom offers both a Victorian-style bathtub and a large walk-in shower. The greenhouse, offering a unique sleeping experience under the stars, is available for an additional charge of €50 per night. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of €50, subject to prior assessment. Firewood is not provided and can be purchased separately. Surrounded by meadows, woods, and numerous trails, this house offers a countryside escape. Essential shops are less than 1 km away, including a supermarket, restaurant, and pharmacy. Restaurants and pubs are within walking distance, with a vast choice of international food available in Brussels, just 14 km away. Public transport is not immediately accessible, with the nearest bus stop 1 km away and Ternat train station 2.7 km away, offering direct transit to Brussels. Water taps are old-fashioned; turn the left valve for hot water and the right for cold. Close the cold tap of the shower after use to ensure hot water in the bathtub. Natural stone kitchen countertops require care to avoid stains from acidic liquids or food waste. Do not put kitchen knives in the dishwasher. Fireplace tools and timber are provided for lighting the open fire. Timber for the hot tub can be found under the blue cover, and wood to start the fire is in the shed. The hot tub is automatically filtered for 6 hours daily. Never use petrol-infused fire starters for the Big Green Egg BBQ; use natural firestarters and regulate temperature with the iron daisy wheel. Guests are asked to ensure the number of guests in their booking matches who will be arriving to prepare appropriate bedding and towels. 90% of the rental price covers the holiday home, and 10% covers the rental of movable goods; no additional services are provided. The property offers a Sonos music amplifier, which connects automatically to the standard Wi-Fi. An audio jack and iPhone lighting plug are available for alternative connections.
