The bright living room is equipped with two sofa beds and a flat-screen TV. For your comfort, a fixed air conditioner is in the living room, and a mobile air conditioner can be placed in any room. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher, along with all necessary tableware. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. A balcony with a chair and sun lounger is available for enjoying sunny days. Luggage storage is not offered. The neighborhood boasts a strategic location right next to Brussels Midi Station, offering quick access to trains, metros, trams, and buses for easy travel to local, national, and international destinations. You'll find numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, traditional markets, and green spaces for relaxation. The area is vibrant and cosmopolitan, ideal for exploring Brussels' cultural diversity, and is just a few minutes' walk from the city center and major tourist attractions. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, with designated outdoor areas for smoking. Pets are not allowed unless specific prior authorization is obtained from the host. Parties or noisy events are not permitted. A noise and crowd sensor is in place to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. Guests are required to provide a copy of a valid ID, their usual place of residence, and sign a short-term rental contract for legal purposes. Check-out is at 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur additional fees. Guests are advised to turn off lights and heating when leaving the accommodation. The temperature should not exceed 21 degrees Celsius. There is a noise detector in the accommodation. Quiet hours are observed between 8 PM and 8 AM.
