Terrain, Ham-sur-Heure-Nalinnes

Description Rue Nicolas Monnom, Nalinnes: a plot of just over one hectare, entirely planted with vines. Land like this rarely comes up in Wallonia. The plot has 5,500 Divona vines, a Swiss grape variety known for the quality of its wines. It can produce both a white wine and a traditional-method sparkling wine in the champagne style. The vines are 3 years old and will reach full maturity within 2 years. The planting and setup work is already done: the buyer takes over an established vineyard, ready to go into production. The figures speak for themselves. Production cost is estimated at €7 per bottle, all-in. Bottles sell for between €20 and €25. The margin per bottle is therefore comfortable. This property is ideal for: an enthusiast who wants to combine pleasure and investment by making their own wine; an investor looking to diversify their income with a tangible and original asset; a producer or estate looking to expand its acreage or range. A turnkey wine project in the countryside of the Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse, a few minutes from Charleroi. For more information or to arrange a visit, please contact us. Show all
