The living room is furnished with a large sofa, a flat-screen TV, a large open-plan dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery, and flatware for 6 guests. The bathroom has a sink and bathtub with a shower head, and the toilet has its own room. There is a washer in the apartment. A baby cot (travel pack n' play) is available on demand for 10 Euros. Cleaning is available upon request for an extra fee. Locksmith services for lost keys have a charge of 75 EUR. This centrally located apartment is in the heart of Brussels' EU district. Events, parties, or gatherings with more guests than stated in the reservation are not allowed, and should this happen, the reservation may be terminated with immediate effect and no reimbursement. Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property or on the premises of the building, and if smoking occurs, additional cleaning will be required, and the property may need to remain unoccupied for 24–48 hours to remove any smell, in which case a surcharge may apply. Small dogs under 13 kg are welcome with pre-approval. A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. A late check-out fee will be applied after a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am).
