Description Feel at home in this modern 1-bedroom apartment located in a serviced residency building with an elevator in the heart of Brussels' EU district. The apartment features a bright living room with large windows, furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a large open-plan dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery, and flatware for 6 guests. The bathroom has a sink and shower, and the toilet is in its own room. There is also a washer in the apartment. A baby cot (travel pack n' play) is available on demand for 10 EUR. Cleaning is available upon request for an extra fee. Locksmith services for lost keys have a charge of 75 EUR. The apartment is centrally located within the heart of Brussels' EU district. Events, parties, or gatherings with more guests than stated in the reservation are not allowed, and should this happen, the reservation may be terminated with immediate effect and no reimbursement. Check-out is at 11 a.m. unless otherwise agreed. Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property or on the premises of the building. If smoking occurs, additional cleaning will be required, and the property may need to remain unoccupied for 24–48 hours to remove any smell, in which case a surcharge may apply. Small dogs under 13 kg are welcome with pre-approval. Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. A late check-out fee will be applied after a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am).
