There is also a dedicated storage space for bikes, as well as a washing machine and dryer available in the apartment. Utilities are €175/month and include all essentials, plus a cleaning lady who comes once a week. The location is hard to beat: right in the city centre, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, shops and some of Brussels' most beautiful spots. You'll be living in one of the most vibrant areas of the city while still enjoying the comfort of a spacious apartment. Getting around is very easy, with metro, tram and bus stops nearby, and Brussels-Central railway station just a 5-minute walk away.
