Rarely do we come across such a beautiful facade in fields and roads. We love the varied arched wall openings and the different colors in the brickwork. Within the home, the living room flows seamlessly into the eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher and cooktop, with room for a future oven.... Thanks to its orientation, the living space remains quite cool in the summer. The house has cream-colored aluminum windows. Abundant storage space is provided, in the form of a large storage room and a separate large laundry room. The well-oriented outdoor space, gives out onto the Municipal Street through a door, which is convenient if you come home by bike. The house has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor, with toilet, bath and sink, plus a second bathroom on the second floor to the master bedroom, with toilet and sink. There are now two large rooms and one smaller one on the 1st floor, but you can create additional rooms under the insulated roof if you wish. For the sake of aesthetics, the original stairs and doors were kept as much as possible. The Gemeentestraat runs alongside the Grote Nete River and its associated bicycle path (Kunststedenroute). Further down the street, near the town hall, there are many parking spaces, where you can park your car without a disc.
