The secluded home is located on a semi-detached road, offering a peaceful and quiet environment with birdsong and the sound of a nearby babbling brook. It is conveniently situated only 20 minutes from Durbuy and Ciney, and 30 minutes from Namur, Liège, and Rochefort. While public transport may be limited, essential shops are close by in Havelange, Clavier, and Ohey. The surrounding area is rich with meadows, forests, and numerous trails, ideal for walks or exploring with a 4x4 or motorbike to visit local castles and towns. Firewood is not provided as standard. Guests can purchase it at Orga Havelange or Mr. Bricolage in Ohey. A lease agreement will be provided for signing. 90% of the rental price covers the holiday home, while 10% covers the rental of movable goods.
