Description After almost 2 years, my flatmate is moving out to start a new chapter in her life. We are looking for a tenant to take over her place in a lovely shared triplex apartment in Brussels, Woluwé-Saint-Lambert, in a very beautiful and safe residential area, 2 min. walk to Joséphine-Charlotte metro station and to the Avenue Georges Henry, less than 10 min walk from Montgomery. Well connected area to metro and transports. 🏡 150 m2 4-bedroom triplex, fully furnished. The house has a common kitchen-living area, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a small terrasse , a storage room and a garage for bikes. 🚿 Private bathroom (sink and shower), one toilet on each floor (the room is the only one on the bottom floor, so the toilet is used privately). 👩 Shared flat with 3 girls: two 27-year-old and 32-year-old French girls, one Italian 37-year-old (me). They are calm, tidy, but sociable. We all have our lives and privacy, but enjoy each others company. Included in the equipment of the house there is an old projector that we use sometimes for movies nights together 🎬 💰 €745/month + 89€ of utilities, all included. Weekly cleaning service included in the rent. Bed sheets, duvet and bath towels come with the room.
