These terms govern your use of househunter.immo, a listing aggregation and alert service operated by W-Tech IT Solutions. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
House Hunter scans publicly available Belgian property portals, deduplicates and ranks the listings it finds, and emails you the ones matching your saved searches. We are an aggregator: we do not own, publish or verify the underlying adverts, and we are not an estate agent or a party to any property transaction.
Accuracy and availability
Listing details (price, surface, EPC, availability) come from the source portals and can be outdated or wrong; always verify with the original advertiser before acting. The service is provided as-is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, and alert delivery times are indicative.
Plans and payment
The free plan offers a limited preview of matches. The Pro plan unlocks advanced filters, daily alerts and full match scores, billed through Stripe as a recurring subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers apply.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell or redistribute the service's data, attempt to bypass plan limits, or use the platform to send spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by Belgian law; disputes go to the courts of Belgium. Questions: [email protected].
