Are these sale prices or asking prices?
Asking prices. They come from homes listed for sale or to rent right now, not from completed sales.
Where do the numbers come from?
From Immoweb, Immovlan, Zimmo, ERA, Century 21, and Immoscoop. A home listed on several portals is counted once.
How often are they updated?
Every day, from the homes listed that day.
Why is my town not listed?
A town gets a report once enough homes are listed there for the median to mean something. Smaller towns appear as soon as they reach it.
