Grond, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean

Fancy experiencing authentic city life? Then an apartment at Depot is just what you’re looking for. This new-build project on Henegouwenkaai is just a stone’s throw from the centre of Brussels. Live right by the water, in the heart of the city — surrounded by atmosphere and urban energy. The different buildings come together to form a sleek architectural ensemble on the site of former warehouses. No frills, no fuss — Depot is raw, rugged and bold. A no-nonsense project where sustainable living in the city centre takes centre stage.
