Description The former Lotto gave way to the 50 meter tall "Central Plaza" building, whose architectural design was entrusted to the Art & Build engineering firm. The building, built in 2006, has a 15 above-ground levels (ground floor + 14 floors + technical rooms) and 3 basement levels. The office is organized around a central core, dedicated to vertical circulation and technical and sanitary facilities. Organizing the building in this manner enabled the creation of office spaces enjoying optimal natural lighting. The ground floor includes a very large multipurpose space containing the building's reception desk. The space can be partitioned into smaller spaces and offers direct access to the outside.The building is located next to the Central Station and is built on the plot bounded by the Marché au Bois, rue de Loxum and rue Cardinal Mercier and the Boulevard de L'Impératrice in Brussels.
