Plot of land, La Louvière

Description Real Estate Development Opportunity Located on a 43.06-acre plot, this project represents an excellent opportunity for a developer looking to take over an already commenced construction project. A permit granted in 2018 authorized the construction of 16 apartments. Although this permit has now expired, the basement and ground floor have already been completed, providing a solid foundation for the continuation of the development. According to a preliminary opinion from the planning department, a project comprising approximately 23 residential units could currently be considered. The initial project, which consisted of large apartments (± 150 m²), could be redesigned to offer units with sizes better suited to current market demand, while maintaining the existing layout. The owner wishes to sell the site in its current condition. Despite the presence of a significant runoff channel identified by the GISER department, the progress already made on site allows for the continuation of the project, as it is not considered a new development.
