Apartment, Ghent

Description Loft-house in a listed industrial building, heritage-protected. Cherished between park and water, the Lousbergpark is a stone's throw from the motorways and yet close to Ghent's historic city center. Terraces in the front bordering the inside garden, and in the back, looking out on the fruit orchard and the pond, where the ducks come to take a bath. The house is a 'silent retreat' in a vibrant city. A dedicated office space conveniently connects working and living areas. An open kitchen, coffee- machine, gas stove, separate storage space where you also find the dishwasher, washer & dryer and the American fridge with filtered water & ice. The 'parents' bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There's a separate larger bathroom with large shower that connects with the other bedrooms (3) and dressing. * Sorry we haven’t received any English translation for this text. Show all
